Botswana: water and land
The Delta by mokoro, the north by vehicle, no shared sightings.

Botswana · Expeditions
The Okavango by mokoro and on foot, the Makgadikgadi salt pans and the Kalahari, with specialist guides.
Botswana beyond the classic camps is an expedition in the proper sense: walking in the Delta with an armed guide, quad bikes across the salt pans, nights under the stars, and the Kalahari's meerkats and San trackers. The support is thorough; the remoteness is real.
Tell us how active the party is and how many nights you have. Ten to twelve is right for the full route.
A walking camp in the Okavango, the Makgadikgadi pans for the quad bikes and a sleep-out, and the Central Kalahari for its emptiness. The Linyanti or Chobe add big game at the end. Light aircraft connect everything.
Days are built around one activity: a long walk, a mokoro trail, a ride across the pans. Guides are specialists in the terrain and the party moves at its own pace. Nights are comfortable, with real beds, hot showers and good food, even where the camp is temporary.
Walkers, photographers and travellers who have done the classic safari. May to October for the dry season; the pans are at their most dramatic from June to September; the green season brings the zebra migration to the Makgadikgadi.
