A Greek villa week suits a celebration better than almost anything: one house for the party, a pool, the sea below and a long table on the terrace for the evening that matters. Islands and the mainland offer houses that sleep twelve to twenty.

Tell us the occasion, the party and the dates. We shortlist houses by size, position and how far the dinner is from the pool.

Where we go

Villas on Corfu, Paros, Crete or the Peloponnese for larger parties and easy access; Mykonos or Santorini for a short celebration with the famous view. Athens for a night at the start with a private guide at the Acropolis.

How the week runs

Guests arrive over a day or two and are met at the airport or the port. A boat day, a beach, a taverna lunch; a cook for the celebration dinner and for other evenings as the party wishes. The dinner is planned with the hosts and confirmed before anyone travels.

Who it suits and when

Significant birthdays, anniversaries and groups of old friends. June and September are the sweet spot; July and August work with a pool and an early start.

Best time
May to June and September to early October. July and August are hot and busy on the famous islands.
Suits
Significant birthdays · Anniversaries · Multi-generational gatherings
