Kenya for two is about the camps: small, quiet, on private conservancies where a sighting is yours and the sundowner is where the guide stops the car. We plan it so the pace is set by the two of you, not by a vehicle full of strangers.

Where we go
A tented camp on a Mara conservancy for the big game, then a change of scene: Laikipia for walking, riding and rhino, or the Chyulu Hills for elephant with Kilimanjaro behind them. Three or four nights on the coast at Lamu or a quiet stretch of Diani close a trip that started in the dust.
How the week runs
Eight nights across two camps, with a private vehicle and guide throughout. Mornings out early, a long pause through the heat with a pool or a tent veranda, a drive into dusk and dinner by the fire. A bush breakfast, a night under the stars and a flight over the plains can be built in where they suit the camps chosen.

Most camps have one or two tents set apart with a private deck or plunge pool. We ask for them when the dates are right and say honestly when they are taken.
