Before you book the call
Is the call free, and does it commit me to anything?
Yes, it is free, and no. It is a conversation about your party and the ships that would suit it. Nothing is held or booked on the call; if you want to go further we send a written shortlist and a planning figure first, and you decide from there.
What should I have ready?
Who is traveling and their ages, whether your dates are fixed or flexible, the regions you are drawn to, and a budget band for the whole party if you have one. If you arrived from a ship or destination page, mention it and we start there. Nothing needs to be decided yet.
What happens after the call?
We write up what we heard, then send the two or three ships we would consider for your party with the reasons, plus the ones we would rule out. Prices come as a planning figure per ship. You can change your mind at any point before asking us to book.
Can I change or cancel the time?
Yes. The confirmation email from the scheduling tool has reschedule and cancel links; use either at any time. If you would rather write than talk, the Plan my cruise form reaches the same specialists.
