Is the planning request free, and am I committing to anything?
Yes, it is free, and no. A specialist reads your request and comes back with the two or three ships we would consider for your party and the ones we would rule out. Nothing is held or booked until you have seen the plan and the price and asked us to go ahead.
What happens after I send the form?
A cruise specialist reads every answer, then calls or emails at the time you asked for to understand the party properly. You then get a short list of ships with reasons and a planning figure for each.
Do I need to know the ship, line or dates already?
No. Most people start with who is traveling and roughly when. If you arrive from a ship, line or destination page we carry that through so you do not have to repeat it; if your dates are fixed and the destination is open, say so and we start from the calendar.
Which fields are required?
Where you would like to go, how many adults, whether your dates are fixed or flexible, a budget band for the whole party, and a name and email. Phone, children, grandparents, rooms, priorities and notes are optional but each one sharpens the shortlist.
What do you do with my details?
They are stored securely so a specialist can plan for you and are used only for that purpose. We send ship news only if you tick the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our privacy notice for the full picture.
