Tell us what you need through the planning form, marked “accessibility”: a step-free cabin, an elevator, a hearing loop, a tender port to avoid, or a document in a different format. We will ask the line and pass on the answer we receive.
On the ship
Ship access is the line's specification. A line's “accessible cabin” label is the line's claim. Tender ports and expedition landings are not all step-free. A ship with an elevator can still use a tender that is not step-free. Say so before we shortlist.
