What runs on this site
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., vercel.com) measure aggregate page reads and load times. As configured here they do not set a cookie and do not follow you onto other sites. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). The interest is knowing whether a page loads. The data are not used to single you out for a sales approach.
Host logs on Vercel record IP, time, URL, status, and browser for security. They are not a cookie. IP addresses are anonymized within 180 days. See the Privacy Notice.
The editor studio at /studio is a login for people who edit the site. It is not used to track visitors.
Kit (kit.com) receives the fields you submit on the planning form and on The Blackbury List. Those forms are not an advertising cookie. If you open a page hosted by Kit, for example an unsubscribe page, Kit's own notice applies. Marketing email is sent only if you opt in. Every message has an unsubscribe link.
Google Search Console is a tool we use in Google's console. We do not install it as a cookie on your browser, and we do not send form contents to it.
Advertising pixels
We may use advertising pixels where a campaign requires them. The code supports the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc., for Facebook and Instagram advertising), and it is switched on only when we are running a campaign. More pixels may follow and will be named here. A pixel sets its own cookies (for the Meta Pixel, _fbp and, after a click on an ad, _fbc) and sends the page reached, the product viewed, and the fact that a form or a signup was completed. Form contents, such as names, emails, dates, and notes, are never sent.
Pixels run without a consent banner and this Site has no opt-out control of its own. If you do not want them, block the vendor domain or its cookies in your browser, use a content blocker, or adjust your advertising settings with the vendor. The public pages are written to work with cookies and storage blocked.
Changes
When we add a pixel or a cookie we change the date on this notice and name it in the list above.
