Silversea
The most capable luxury expedition ship we sell: Antarctica with a butler.
Overview
Endeavor is a serious ice-capable ship with a luxury interior: large suites with butlers, several restaurants, a spa and an expedition team of around twenty guiding Zodiac landings twice a day where conditions allow.
It is the ship we name for grandparents taking teenagers to Antarctica and for couples who want the polar regions done properly. The fly-cruise option over the Drake Passage removes the sea days that put many people off.
At a glance
We will say whether Silver Endeavor is right for your party, which suite we would book and which sailing, or name the ship we would choose instead.
Price
Top of the market per night, as polar expedition is; the fly-cruise fares cost more again. Planning figures on each sailing page.

Butler service in every suite; Drinks and dining; Gratuities and Wi-Fi; Door-to-door option with flights and transfers; Expedition activities on expedition ships. Anything not on that list, we price alongside the fare so there is no surprise on board.
Flights, hotel nights before and after, private transfers and any excursions outside the fare sit on top. Your proposal sets out the cruise fare and additional costs so you can compare the full trip.

On board
In our words, from the questions we are asked most. Suite names are the line's; which one we would book is ours.
Tell us who is traveling and we will name the deck and the suite numbers we would hold, and the ones we would avoid.
Children, grandparents, mobility
Three honest notes: what the ship does for children, what it does for grandparents, and what it asks of anyone with limited mobility.
Connecting suites, different activity levels, dining that works for everyone, and transfers that suit grandparents and toddlers alike. The best family suites go first, so start early.
Where it sails
The regions this ship sails as far as we know; the itinerary confirms the ports and the season.

The trip of a lifetime, planned a year ahead and done in real comfort.

Expedition comfort around Iceland, Greenland and Svalbard, without giving up the butler.

Our promise
We do not recommend a cruise because it is expensive, and we do not put people on the wrong ship. If Silver Endeavor is not right for your party, we will tell you and suggest the one that is, even if it costs less or is sold by someone else. We are an advisor, not a booking engine.
Speak to a specialistGood to know
Not necessarily. Silversea offers fly-cruise departures that fly between Punta Arenas and King George Island, replacing two sea days each way. They cost more and are weather-dependent, and for most families we think they are worth it.
Same line
Silversea's brightest ship: asymmetric, open to the sea, a butler in every suite.
